IRVINE, Calif. (FEBRUARY 21, 2020) – Orange County SC announced today the signing of midfielder Brian Iloski pending league and federation approval. Iloski spent the 2019 season playing in the USL Championship for the LA Galaxy II.

“Brian is a player that I have been familiar with for some time here in Southern California,” said OCSC Head Coach, Braeden Cloutier. “He is a very tidy & intelligent player that is comfortable in tight spaces.”

Iloski 24, played club soccer for the LA Galaxy Youth  Academy. He participated in three camps with the U.S. U-18 National Team that included trips to France and Portugal and trained with the U.S. U-20 Men's National Team in January of 2014. Iloski attended college at UCLA from 2013-2017, and in 2017 he earned All-Pac-12 first-team selection and a second-straight Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

“I’m looking forward to adding to the success of this team,” said Brian Iloski. “It’s a great opportunity and I’m excited to be here.”

After college Iloski was drafted by the Colorado Rapids of the MLS, but he chose to play overseas with Legia Warsaw and was later loaned to MFK Zemplín Michalovce for the 2018 season. In 2019, Iloski returned to the United States to play for the LA Galaxy II in the USL Championship.

“We are excited to add Brian, a local Southern California player to our roster,” said Oliver Wyss President of Soccer Operations. “Brian is a talented player and we expect him to contribute with his offensive qualities.”

Iloski joins a number of new players to OCSC with US National Team and international experience. Iloski is eligible to make his OCSC debut when the club opens the season at home on Friday, March, 6th.

Per club policy, terms of player contracts with Orange County SC will not be released.
