Liam Antony Trotter (born 24 August 1988) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Orange County SC in the USL Championship.
He has previously played for Ipswich Town, Grimsby Town, Scunthorpe United , Millwall and Bolton Wanderers.
On 24 October 2015, Liam Trotter joined Nottingham Forest initially on a one-month loan but the deal extended to a two-month loan. The midfielder is expected to return to Bolton Wanderers in January. He made his full debut for Forest on the day he joined The Reds against Ipswich Town.
